Wackiest prank?
Last year, Brett Favre went hunting and killed a duck. He bagged it and put it in Eric Barton’s locker. We came in from practice and everyone saw this big black bag. Eric opened it and there was the dead duck in there. One of the linebackers grabbed it by its head and took it outside.

Favorite food:
I love to cook and I make soul food all the time. Mac and cheese, baked beans, collard greens and candied yams.
Favorite movies:
I pretty much have my own Blockbuster in my living room with over 1,000 DVDs. One of my favorites is “Tears of the Sun.” I also love standup comedy DVDs.
What’s in your iPod?
A lot of R&B and jazz. Lil Wayne, Rob Rich, Brisco.
Superstitions:
Before a game I put on the same orange shirt I’ve been wearing since high school. It’s pretty raggedy, I’ve worn it during games in high school, college and now the NFL.
Best qualities for a person to have:
An all-around good personality and a sense of humor. If you can’t laugh, there’s something wrong with you.
Charitable endeavors:
I just started the David Clowney Foundation to help underprivileged kids earn athletic scholarships in all sports. I’m also active in clothing drives and food drives, especially around the holidays and I run a football camp that starts June 6 in South Florida.
My hero is:
Growing up I always looked up to Jerry Rice. I played receiver and safety in high school and I was a big 49ers fan growing up. All the records he’s broken ... Jerry Rice was everything to me as a child.
